Tropical Banana Smoothie

This smoothie has become my family’s favorite and it comes right out of my Summer Detox Recipe Guide.

It’s a great post-workout smoothie (or after a night of indulgence).

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup alkaline (or filtered water)
  • 2 Tbs of raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbs ground flax or chia seeds (I prefer Mila brand of chia seeds)
  • 1 Tbs organic hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbs raw organic honey
  • 1 Tbs organic coconut oil

Put all ingredients in your Vitamix, add a couple of pieces of ice if you prefer, and blend away.
Absolutely scrumptious – enjoy!
