This smoothie has become my family’s favorite and it comes right out of my Summer Detox Recipe Guide.
It’s a great post-workout smoothie (or after a night of indulgence).
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 orange
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup alkaline (or filtered water)
- 2 Tbs of raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbs ground flax or chia seeds (I prefer Mila brand of chia seeds)
- 1 Tbs organic hemp seeds
- 1 Tbs raw organic honey
- 1 Tbs organic coconut oil
Put all ingredients in your Vitamix, add a couple of pieces of ice if you prefer, and blend away.
Absolutely scrumptious – enjoy!
