• Fast or Eat Lightly: Keep food simple if health permits.
• Avoid New Beginnings: Postpone cooking and starting new projects until the eclipse has passed.
• Ritual Bath: Take a cleansing bath after the eclipse to reset body and mind.
• Cleanse Your Altar: Refresh water, flowers, offerings, and relight a clean lamp to reestablish sacred energy.
