Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Quinoa Breakfast Bowl – 2 options

 Start with 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (follow package directions), then mix in the following:

  • 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 4 tablespoons flax meal
  • 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
  • stevia or raw honey to taste

Second option:

  • 1/4 -1/2 cup fresh organic berries or 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/4-1/2 coconut milk
  • Add honey & cinnamon to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve warm. Serves 1-2
