Quinoa Breakfast Bowl – 2 options
Start with 1/2 cup cooked quinoa (follow package directions), then mix in the following:
- 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
- 4 tablespoons flax meal
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
- stevia or raw honey to taste
Second option:
- 1/4 -1/2 cup fresh organic berries or 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/4-1/2 coconut milk
- Add honey & cinnamon to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve warm. Serves 1-2
