Why you should start juicing daily.

One of the quickest ways to get vitamins, minerals, and live enzymes into every cell in your body is to juice. Your body can absorb these nutrients from your raw juice in about 15 minutes – talk about efficient! The best part about juicing though is that YOU control the ingredients – unlike store bought juices which are pasteurized and usually contain added sugars.

Juicing unclogs our internal pipes and boost the metabolism.  They provide an opportunity for the digestive system  to take a break and use that extra energy for internal clean-up and repair. This green ‘gold’, as I like to call it, works like a magnet to pull out toxins from your cells and helps to alkalize your body strengthening the immune system.

Hydration 101:

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 2 green apples
  • ¼ beeet
  • some fresh mint (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime

Tropical Goodness:

  • 1 papaya
  • ½ pineapple
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 3 handfuls of spinach and/or kale
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Green Energy:

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 pears
  • handful parsley
  • handful cilantro
  • juice from 1 lemon or lime
  • 4-6 ounces coconut water
  • stevia to taste (optional)
