Lose weight with emotional clearing

What if I told you, you don’t have to go on a diet, or even a detox in order to lose weight, you just need to remove the emotional junk that’s going on in your head.

It never amazes me, how much weight my clients can ‘shed’ away by simply understanding their emotional triggers based on their unique body constitution.

I know, because I’ve experienced it.

So many times we are afraid of actually talking about our health, our weight, and our overall dissatisfaction with or lives,  how we look, and how we feel….and…. we rarely take action.

If you don’t admit it, if you don’t start acknowledging your emotions, then nothing will change….except for feeling more, and more dissatisfied.  

We usually eat because of thoughts, ideas, and negative chatter in our brain….this could be due to our own negative perception of ourselves, or just plain stress…..which by the way can be managed with some easy techniques.

One of the best ways to begin shifting your ‘energetic’ vibration is to sit down and actually journal on who you want to be or become.  Set the intention and truly visualize that NEW, awesome YOU.

When you begin writing, you will start manipulating and changing your own energy.  

Notice what comes up, or what shifts after just one week of journaling every morning on how you want your life to look like and on who you want to become.  

How you perceive the world will shift, and the answers will start downloading in your brain.

Here are the daily steps:

  1. Journal every morning on what your dream life looks like and who you want to become.  Write everything down, no matter how absurd or ‘unrealistic’ it may sound to someone else.  This is for YOUR eyes only.
  2. Download the app on your smart phone, ‘Insight Timer’, and sit in silence, beginning with just 3 minutes.  Sit in a comfortable position, either on the floor or a chair with your back supported.  Begin breathing from in and out from your nose, relax your gaze or close your eyes. Set your timer, and gently, inside your mind repeat a mantra ~ ‘so hum, om, or any word that is neutral or ignites a feeling a well being.
  3. Purchase an organic oil either from Banyan Botanicals or Sarada’s Ayurvedic Remedies, for your constitution and commit to a weekly self massage routine.
