Negative ions are electrons, and electrons are what atoms are made of. Everything in our world is made of atoms, which are made up of protons, neutrons, and electrons.
When you have more positive ions in your body (meaning LESS electorons), you are more susceptible to disease, depression, and accelerated aging.
One of the easiest ways to increase the number of electrons in your body and in essence improve your ionic field, is to increase your intake of raw green vegetable.
